Bengaluru School Teacher Attacks Student Breaking His Tooth Over Spilled Water


Holy Christ English School: An incident has come to light from a private school in Bengaluru which has shocked everyone. According to the information, on Friday (November 8), some students were spraying water on each other in Holy Christ English School, Bengaluru. Meanwhile, a few drops of water fell on one of his teachers. He got angry due to falling water and beat the student with a wooden stick. Due to which the child’s tooth broke.

According to the report of Times of India, as soon as the information about the case was received, the police officer reached the school and registered an FIR against the teacher. According to the FIR, the name of the teacher is Azmath. After this, on Friday afternoon, Azmath complained to the police and told that she wanted to file a complaint against the student’s parents. He said that there was a dispute between them some time ago regarding fees. The police had already issued a notice to him and taken his statement on the incident.

Student’s father made another revelation to the media
According to police officials, based on the complaint lodged by the student’s father, a case has been registered against Azmath under Juvenile Justice Act and BNS Section 122. However, the punishment under these sections is less than seven years, so Azmath will not be arrested. While talking to the media, the student’s father said that last year, another teacher of the same school had also beaten his 6-year-old daughter, due to which her hands remained swollen for a week. He said that when he had questioned the school administration, they had apologized and given an apology letter.

Child’s tooth broken after hitting table
The child’s father told that his son and other students were filling gum tubes with water and sprinkling them on each other during lunch time. Meanwhile, Azmath came and water fell on her clothes due to which she became angry and hit her son with a wooden stick. Meanwhile, school administration head Arpita VL denied the allegations and said that the boy’s tooth broke when he ran away to escape the teacher’s beating. He said, “The teacher did not hit him but just picked up the wooden scale to scare the child. The boy was trying to run away, due to which his face hit the table and his tooth was broken.”

Police is investigating the matter
Police seized the wooden stick during investigation. Which was allegedly used by Azmath to kill the student. The stick was wrapped with cellophane tape. Initially it was reported that Azmath had used a broken scale, but after interrogation the police found that it was a wooden stick. At present, no concrete evidence has been found in this matter yet. The police is continuously investigating the matter.
